The Miracle of Ant’s Tradition

Once upon a time, there was an ant kingdom that was located under the big tree in the forest. Although it was only the small kingdom, it was a prospeous and peaceful kingdom. Ant kingdom was lead by Ant King and Ant Queen. They were wise and kind. They had twin daughters, their name were Princess Anti and Princess Anta. Although they were twin, they had different characters. Princess Anti was a beautiful and good princess. In the other hand, Princess Anta was a beautiful but she was a conceit princess.

Ant kingdom was known as the dilligent and concord kingdom, because the ant colony were the hardworkers and they always respected and helped each other . They worked hardly in the summer. Because, it was only the right time to gathered the food. So, they had sufficient food when the winter was coming.

In the ant kingdom there was an tradition that every ants must do. The tradition was when ants met the others ant they must give a greeting. The greeting was shown by touched their antenna each other. The tradition was not only for greeting, but also there was an faith in the Ant kingdom that it had the miracle for ants. The faith was when the ants touched their anntena each other, they gave the positive stimuly to the others. The stimuly was used to support the ant’s life.

The tradition was obtained to kingdom family too. But, princess Anta did not want to do that, she feel slovenly. She thought that the custom was useless. She did not believe about the miracle of that tradition.
She tried to prove to her family that without did the tradition she still can enjoy her life.. So, the alternative to support her life was only by consumed the magic plant. But no one of the kingdom family knew about Princess Anta’s secret.

In the end of summer, suddenly the prince of cockroaches kingdom came to the Ant kingdom.

“Where is the king of ant ?, I want to meet him now”, said the prince cockroaches to the ant colonies.

“I am here, why do you looking for me ?”, said King of ant.

“So, are you the father of the bad princess ?” said prince of cockroaches.

“What do you mean ?” said the ant king.

“Oo, so you still dont know yet about your princess condition ?, as your information, your daughter have stolen the magic plant of my kingdom, and the condition of that plant is totally critical”, said the prince of cockroaches with angry.

“Is it right Princess ?, asked the King of ant to her daughter.

“No dad, I never did it, the Prince Cocroaches is lying” said Princess Anta

“Did you say I am lying ?, let’s prove it, who is the lier here ? said the prince. He gave the clue to his solder, and the solder came to him with an box in his hand.

“This is the leaves of the magic plant, and it can show who is the one who destroyed the plant”, said the cockroaches prince.

            The Cockroaches prince got out the leave and put it in the water. Suddenly the very bright light was showed out from the water and it showed the cronological why the magic plant was damage. From the light they could see that Princess Anta steal the flower sheath of the magic plant every month. The Ant kingdom family were so shocked, they did not realized that Princess Anta did it.

“I apologized for my daughter did, what should we do to cure the magic plant ?” said the king of ant.

“The first thing that you should do is, give all of your food suply to my kingdom, because our food supply was lost as the effects of the magic plant damage, and the second one is, you should give your  colonies to work as worker to gather the food for my kingdom untill the magic plant is cure, and the last thing is you should gave your bad princess as the medicine for the cureness of magic plant” said Cockroaches prince.

“ That are not fair, you can bring all the food that we have but can not ask our colonies to work for your kingdom, and I can not give my daughter to you !” said the king of ant.

“ That are fair. If you refused it, your kingdom will get the result, and do not regret it !”, said the cockroache prince while leaved the ant kingdom.

The winter was coming,  it was mean time to stop working for all ants.  But the situation was not like they hoped. Suddenly, ant kingdom was attacked by cockroaches kingdom. Cockroaches kingdom tried to shhater ant kingdom because of their grudge. The big war was happened, ant colony tried to protect their kingdom but they could not do it. only in a few minute ant’s kingdom was destroyed.  The food suplies was stollen by cockroaches kingdom. Not only it, the King and Queen and many ant colony were killed in the war. Only few ant colony and the twin princess that still alive.

Ant Kingdom was so grief. They losted anything that they had. The two princess still did not believed that their parents passed away. Although they were very destroyed, their life still must go on.  With this few population they tried to re-build their kingdom and continued the life. The twin princess were be the leaders of the kingdom.

 The winter was still coming. Ant’s kingdom did not have their food anymore. Ant colony must worked harder to get food in the winter. To support their life, they did their custom to get back their energy that was already lost. Their stamina was restored slowly. But princess Anta still refused to do that custom.

“ I will never touch their antenna, they are dirty ants, it is better to die than I must touch their antenna”, said princess Anta to her sister.

The ant colony listened what Princess Anta said. They really got very angry to her.  As the effect, her seriously ill was increase. Finally, Princess Anta  was not conscius. Princess Anti asked ant colony to do the custom to princess Anta. But, they refused it, they were broken with what princess Anta said. Princess Anti apologized to the colony about it.

“I know all of you are displeased with what my sister said. But please forgive her. Now she was dying  she is the one who I have, please do it for me, for my parents too.”, said princess Anti.  

The colony were touched with what princess Anti said. They apologized princess Anta and ready to do the tradition for princess Anta. The colony did it one by one during the day ,although Princess Anta was still not conscius.  Princess Anta condition was being better slowly. Although in the first time, she refused it, but finally she accepted to do the tradition. She felt something that she never feel before. She felt healthier and better.

From that experience, Princess Anta knew that the miracle of that tradition was really exist. This tradition was exist to save ant’s life. After she got her well, she apologized to the ant colony about all of her did in the past. She promised to be a wise and kind princess like her parents. Ant colony were happy,because now, they had two beautiful and kind princess who lead the Ant’s kingdom.
